The Jungle Body

Duration: 1 hr

Instructed by a trainer from The Jungle Body Tribe this a functional beat-driven class fusing dance, boxing, cardio and sculpting.  The result is a powerful fat burning experience that shapes the physique, floods the body with endorphins and creates the ultimate jungle body.

POWERFIT HIIT

Duration: 30 mins

Looking for a workout to shake you out of your training plateau? Learn explosive and progressive, fast-paced power movements with resistance; 45 second output, 15 seconds rest period. Maximise your body power. Work your whole body and enhance your athletic performance.

BOXING

Mix of high intensity and cardio drills to get your in shape – fast! No boxing experience required.

HARD CORE ABS

If you like Grit Strength you are going to love this. High intensity and pace with bursts of work and rest intervals, full body workout using the bodyweight, weights plates and freestyle equipment to maximise your output and elevate the heart rate.  Let’s burn some calories.

METAFIT

Bodyweight training for everyone.  A 30 minute, total body workout that sets the metabolism on fire. Tone muscle, boost metabolism and ultimately burn fat.
