What does Personal Training at 24/7 Power Fitness involve?

All you need to do is turn up for your Rockingham personal training session in your workout gear with a drink and towel. Your personal trainer will then utilise the information obtained from your complimentary initial consultation to provide an effective, challenging and motivating workout.
