When I first started my own fitness journey, after spending a long period of time crippled with body image issues and a bad relationship with food. I started off helping myself be better and healthier but then I reached out for further help. Being a part of someone else’s journey is very special to me and sets my soul on fire. This is what I’m very passionate about. Whatever your goal may be, I have the ability to educate you with the information you need to know, and help you create the habits necessary to make them achievable. There is a difference between knowing “what” you are doing and “why” you are doing something.
